Meadow Barn

The largest indoor event space at Tewinbury, the Meadow Barn is a flexible blank-canvas venue accommodating up to 500 guests for informal events or 350 seated. Its proximity to the activity field makes it particularly suited to large conferences, company celebrations, away days, product launches and events incorporating team-building activities.

The venue offers syndicate space, complimentary parking and a private bar on request, while its neutral interior allows organisers considerable flexibility over branding, production and event design.

Tythe Barn

A characterful 17th-century barn positioned beside the River Mimram, combining original architectural features with contemporary conference facilities. The Tythe Barn accommodates up to 150 reception, 150 dinner, 120 theatre-style, 90 cabaret, 40 classroom/U-shape or 32 boardroom according to current conference specifications.

Facilities include a drop-down screen, built-in LCD projector, PA system, dedicated registration area, four syndicate rooms, additional breakout areas and a private garden and terrace.

Millstream Suite

A first-floor meeting and event suite overlooking the river, bird sanctuary and surrounding water meadow. The Millstream accommodates up to 90 reception, 70 theatre-style, 60 dinner or cabaret, 40 classroom, 22 U-shape or 20 boardroom.

The room features a drop-down screen, integrated projector and speakers, private bar and dedicated balcony terrace and garden. Lift access is available.

Riverview

A bright meeting and event room overlooking the River Mimram, with large windows providing extensive natural daylight. Capacities include 40 theatre, 40 dinner/reception, 30 cabaret, 20 classroom, 20 boardroom and 20 U-shape.

The room includes integrated AV, a private bar and direct access to an outdoor patio and garden.

Mimram

A contemporary riverside meeting room particularly suited to presentations, workshops and smaller team gatherings. It accommodates approximately 25 theatre-style, 16 dinner or 14 boardroom/U-shape, with large windows overlooking the River Mimram.

Integrated AV, a drop-down screen, speaker system, private bar and direct access to outside space are available.

Tewin Room

A flexible smaller meeting and syndicate room accommodating up to 25 reception, 24 theatre, 20 dinner/boardroom, 18 cabaret or 14 U-shape. It can operate independently or provide breakout space alongside a larger conference.

Picturehouse

Located on the Kingsbridge Estate, the Picturehouse provides a deliberately informal alternative to a traditional meeting room, accommodating approximately 24–30 people for meetings and team gatherings. It includes state-of-the-art AV, informal seating, exclusive use of a bar and access to landscaped gardens.

Roots Garden

An outdoor private-event and team-building space within Tewinbury's vegetable garden for approximately 10–100 guests. An all-weather safari tent, BBQ, cocktail van, sound system, campfires and informal seating create a distinctive setting for corporate dinners, summer events and team gatherings.

Farm Yard

A large open-air riverside events space designed for informal corporate events, celebrations and live entertainment. Tewinbury's corporate page currently states capacity for 250 standing / 200 seated, although its celebrations page quotes 300 standing / 220 seated, so the exact configuration should be confirmed for individual events.

Facilities include a fully stocked bar, street-food options, space for live music or DJs, production power and indoor/outdoor flow.

Top of The Crop Festival Ground

The estate's largest outdoor event space, available on a dry-hire basis and accommodating up to 800 guests. The festival ground includes a stage, barn and informal seating and is particularly suited to company festivals, large-scale summer parties, team-building events and experiential activations.
